It is really difficult for a newly-launched forum without any member to attract people to join. I myself do not join in any forum where there is no one online. If you are a webmaster and have not put AdSense, consider to do so. If put to proper user, these tips can result in easy AdSense income.
AdSense Earning = Impression-count x Click-though-rate x Cost-per-click x smart-pricing-factor.
Impression count is basically referring to your traffic. It means the number of times AdSense block is displayed.
Click-through-rate (CTR) is ratio of clicks per impressions. It can range from 0.1% to 30%, but most commonly around 1% to 10%.
Cost-per-click (CPC) is the earning you get per click. While traditionally it refers to the amount advertisers pay for each click, it can also mean the amount publishers get for each click.
Smart-pricing is AdSense method to determine how valuable clicks from your site is worth. If clicks on your site doesn’t provide good value to advertisers, e.g. from visitors’ geo-location that seldom translate to sales, you will only get a fraction of the supposed CPC.
Apply for AdSense account via blogger.com for faster approval.
Once you get your AdSense publisher code, you can put it any of your websites without requiring further approval.
Read and reread Google AdSense Program Policies and Terms and Conditions.
Don’t click on your own ads, or ask people to click, even if you are using proxies.
Don’t use click-bots.
Don’t encourage your visitors to click on ads. The only acceptable text is “Sponsored Links” and “Advertisements”.
Don’t put competitor contextual ads on the same page as your AdSense, for example: Yahoo Publisher Network, Clicksor. Non-contextual ads are ok.

Choose a high paying niche without too much competition.

Consider signing-up for AdWords and create a mini campaign. It can help you to understand the working of AdSense.
Put your targeted-keyword on Page Title.
Repeat the keywords in your content.
Learn HTML.
Put emphasis around your keywords by using HTML tags like <h1>…</h1>, <h2>…</h2>, <strong>…</strong>, <b>…</b>, e.g. <strong>AdSense Tips</strong> .
Get domain name that contains your targeted keyword.

Google is not the only search engine. Optimize for different engines as well. You are very likely to face less competition than in Google.

Article marketing is one of the best way to deliver traffic to your site. Write and submit articles to article-submission sites. Include short summary and hyperlinks to your website in the author information box.
Don’t use objectionable methods to draw visitors to your site; buying traffics, spyware, hidden-texts, page cloaking etc will get your AdSense account terminated.
New visitors have higher chance to click on the ads than regular visitors, thus higher CTR (click-through rate).
Regular visitors have higher chance to recommend your site to others.
Search engines are where most of your new visitors come from. Learn a bit about Search Engine Optimization, or pay people to do it. Doing it yourself will save yourself from troubles created by not-so-honorable SEO (Search Engine Optimizer).

Don’t put too many ad blocks on your site. Find out the highest CTR block and remove the others. Few clicks on the 1$ ads are better than many clicks on the 3-cent-ads.

Use AdSense Competitive Ads Filter to remove scrapper sites ads. Scrapper sites are sites without real content. They are either link farms, content theft, or meta search engine.
Use AdSense Competitive Ads Filter to remove irrelevant ads.

Try variations of AdSense colors, format, position on different pages to make it more unpredictable for your visitors.
Learn some CSS.
If you are putting multiple ads block on your website: put most clicked block to appear first in the HTML. Higher position in HTML = higher paying ads. You can do this using CSS.
Try to put contents on different subject topics. If it can draw visitors, write more on that topic.
If you have dynamic pages, use htaccess rewrite rule to make it appear as static, e.g. http://www.hundredtips.com/100-google-adsense-tips.html instead of http://www.hundredtips.com/?p=6.
Validate your site HTML and CSS.
Break your long articles to few short articles; this way the users are exposed to the ads for more times.
Keep each article focused on one topic.
Watch your statistics and pay attention to articles that bring in visitors.
Write more articles within the subject that attract visitors.
Web-savvy visitors are less inclined to click on ads.
Have patience. You need time to build the traffic, and to optimize it.
Think long-term. Analise what your visitors need, provide value and good experience to visitors.
Consider buying websites. If you do it right, you can get back your investment in a relatively short time.
Watch your AdSense earning. Notify AdSense Team if you find anything suspicious. Your competitors might try to sabotage your account, or your well-meaning friend keep on clicking on the ads thinking they are helping you.
Use Google AdSense section targeting to help AdSense deliver more relevant ads.
Use AdSense Alternate Ads in case if AdSense can’t find any relevant ads.
Use rotating color ads. It keeps your visitors from getting AdSense blind.
Try other contextual advertising networks too. Yahoo Publisher Network is still in beta and only available in U.S., or you can try Clicksor, Bidvertising, etc. Just make sure you don’t put the on the same page with the AdSense.
You can put your clickbank, amazon, or other affiliate links on the same page with AdSense. You can also put other advertising network, so long as it is not contextual ads. Try Chitika, and disable the contextual ads option.
If you don’t follow the Terms and Conditions, your AdSense account will be disabled and you’ll get banned for life.
If you didn’t do anything wrong and your AdSense account is disabled: write them a polite and professional email, be patient and be persistent. Offer them your server logs to prove your innocence.
Spread the links to your website: put it on your email signature, put comment on blogs, participate in your niche forums.
Promote your articles in social bookmarking sites: del.icio.us, digg, reddit are good start.
Provide �Email a Friend� option to visitors.
Familiarize yourself with AdSense earning report. It can help you determine where your money is from, and optimize accordingly.
Offer newsletters for visitors. It give you chance to get the visitors back regularly.

To Summarize:
Follow Google AdSense Terms and Conditions. This is their game. Play by their rule. If in doubt, ask.

October 25, 2009 | Posted by admin If you are running either a self-hosted or wordpress-hosted wordpress blog, I suggest you to use AJAX Force Comment Preview WordPress Plugin. This simple script will prevent robots from sending automated comments to your blog.
Here is a short description how this fantastic script works.
The plugin works like TextPattern’s built-in “force comment preview” feature by forcing your commenters to preview their comments prior to submission. In addition this plugin is AJAX enabled so the user does not have to reload the page to preview his/her comment. Here are the key benefits of having this plugin enabled.
1. Comments quality will increase as users will be forced to preview his/her comment before submitting it. Previewed comments are sent through WordPress’ various filters so that the user can see exactly how his/her comment will appear after it is submitted.
2. Spambots will not be able post comments unless it actually tries to “preview” the comment. When a preview is requested, a nonce key is generated and returned along with the preview. This nonce key is then required to be sent back to the server during comment submission. So in order to submit a comment, the spambot would have to use javascript to request a comment preview prior to submitting the comment. Most spambots do not care to preview so this offers some level of spam protection.
Fighting spam in wordpress is not easy and if you do not act against it, you may have your blog saturated with useless comments that will drive away real traffic.

October 25, 2009 | Posted by admin Starting today, I will be posting some advertising methods with detailed explanation so if you are looking for some specific advertising strategy, this will be a good start. I will be writing a series of articles under Advertising and Promotion Recipe and all of these advertising methods will mainly focus on personal sites, since the audiences of Myseoblog.net are webmasters, bloggers, and online moneymakers. These methods are less effective to bigger companies considering that they have funds to pay Pay-per-click and SEO Companies to promote their products and services. These series of articles will mainly focus on “Free Advertising and Promotion”.
Since one of my most effective advertising strategies is Forum Posting on forums that allow signatures, I will start with this method.
Forum Posting
Ninety per cent of today’s bloggers and personal webmasters did not create their sites without motivation and inspiration. The very first site that I created last 2003 was a forum and I got an idea of creating such site from other forums with similar niche too. The forum was successful enough to have 15,000 registered members in just 4 months before it was sold to a Hong Kong National for couple of thousand dollars. Around 85% of those 15,000 members came from other forums though my signature, and some paid signatures of other members – and only 15% came by way of personal invitation, referrals, and banner/link exchanges. Article submission and writing, link building, and social bookmarking were not yet known to me that time. That forum was not even indexed properly by Google before I sold it.
Forum Posting is the most powerful way of advertising to target audience if you are dedicated to do so. If you enjoy reading g and posting in response to others’ threads, you will not notice that your posts and messages are sending visitors to your site.
Let’s take two big forums for instance, the Sitepoint and Digitalpoint Forums.
Here is a simple method that you can try.
1. Visit a forum of your interest, join, and create a signature – not just a signature: A good signature that catches attention (but make sure you are following the forum rules).
2. Remember that your main purpose here is not to advertise but to join the community. You will be tempted to spam if you bare advertising in your mind.
3. Browse the forum and start responding to some threads that catches your attention and interest.
4. Study how other members react to your posts and messages.
5. Build rapport with other members buy sharing some useful and interesting thoughts.
6. Think of a very good topic, create a thread, and maintain it. Be responsive when someone posts a comment to your thread.
7. That’s all and you can have a daily unique of around two hundred is you keep doing that in populated forums like Talkgold, Dreamteammoney, and other webmaster forums listed here. Posting 10 useful messages daily in both Digitalpoint and Sitepoint forums daily will give you an average of 150 unique visitors per day.
This is not a waste of time. I can say it’s a waste of time if you join the forum and send members some personal messages with your link, or directly posting your link on your messages, and then you get banned. I know you don’t want to get banned so be professional. Remember that your messages posted in a certain forum will not be viewed only once. As long as it makes sense, people will keep responding and keep on seeing your attractive signature.
In forum posting, you are not just promoting your site. You are promoting your site unnoticeable while you are building your reputation that can attract more audience in the future.

October 23, 2009 | Posted by admin There are actually a lot of ideas around but most of them are obsolete and not effective anymore. Free website promotion and advertising does not require any expertise in advertising. It requires only time, hard work, and dedication.
If you are just starting your own blog and don’t want to spend any amount in promotion, you may follow some of the following simple fee ways. I listed only some basic and most effective ways of self promotion.
1. Forum Posting and Signatures – this is by far the most effective way for me to have both short term and ling term visitors. There are a lot of forums to advertise with and to post with your signature. Consider these lists: Free Ads Forums and Moneymaking & webmasters Forums
2. Social Bookmarking – You may also submit your site in Social Bookmarking Sites. Many don’t like SBS advertising but for fast and immediate traffic, this is one of the best options.
3. Yahoo Answers - try to answer some questions related to your site and post your link.
4. Blog Comments - Posting on others’ blogs with your link could increase your back links.
5. Craigslist - I am getting around 20 unique hits per day from a single post in craigslit.
The above is just a basic procedure and good for someone who is starting to create his website. There are a lot of long-term ways but you may try first the above options. It is not advisable for a new webmaster to use advanced SEO tools yet so in order to build traffic first, forum posting alone and entrecard dropping can give you a substantial amount of visitors.
Other SEO includes Directory Submissions, Link Exchange, Article Submissions, SE submissions, and viral (I personally not recommend) . Additionaly, if your blog has an informative conten and the competitive keyword density is high, you will get your site listed on top of google.
